 We have known Chuck Lansing for about 10 years. We hired Chuck to finish our basement and add a sunroom to our previous home.  We were so impressed by the quality of the work that when we were ready to build a new home, there was no question that we wanted Lansing Construction to do the job. 

 Chuck helped us with designing our new home and offered his years of experience in the form of advice and ideas. It’s clear that Lansing Construction cares about building a quality home and using only quality materials and sub contactors.  We were most impressed by the quality of the carpentry and finish work; an art almost lost in today’s world of mass produced homes.    

 Everyone at Lansing Construction was so nice to work with; a real plus when dealing with the stress of building a new home.  We have come to consider the people at Lansing Construction friends.

 Without a doubt we would hire Chuck and his construction company should we decide to built or even remodel a home.

 Have you heard the saying, patience is a virtue? Well, let’s just say Chuck Lansing abounds in patience! Couple this with his talent for building homes; it is a win-win situation for the party for whom he is building.

 Chuck presented us with a variety of house plans but allowed us to incorporate other ideas we had. This was true of even last minute plans. Ask him about wanting a window in the kitchen area AFTER the wall was in! No problem!

 We, also, felt it wonderful to be able to so make other choices as to what would be placed within the house. We did not feel quilt nor pressure from doing so. We were told well in advance as to when our choices needed to be completed so we could keep within his time frame for installation.

 The house building progressed in an extremely timely manner. If memory is correct, our home may have been finished just a bit earlier than scheduled.

 All of the above would be of no avail should the workmanship of building the house have been of an inferior quality.  But not a problem, our home is beautiful! We love every inch of it. We have had numerous and wonderful comments regarding the interior and exterior.

 Lastly, with every house built, there are going to be problems. For this reason, it is so important that Chuck stands behind his construction. He has corrected what few problems we have experienced. Let us give you an example of one of these problems. When the house “settled”, there were fine line cracks between the wall and ceiling in the great room. Without an type of disagreement, these were fixed and are no longer a problem.
